Food and Drug Administration: Sheldon T. Bradshaw has been named as the new associate general counsel of the food and drug division of the office of the general counsel, Health and Human Services. John M. Taylor, III, associate commissioner for regulatory affairs, announced his decision to leave FDA after 14 years with the agency. Margaret Glavin, assistant commissioner in the office of counterterrorism policy and planning, has been appointed to succeed Taylor.
