FINLAND: Kemira Pigments Oy has become the first producer to manufacture titanium dioxide in a GMP (Good Manufacturing Process) standard plant. Ten million dollars were invested in a new, state-of-the-art grinding and packaging unit at their factory in Pori, on the west coast of Finland. It is the largest sulphate route plant in the world.
