Marietta Acquires PAC
● Marietta Corp. has acquired Packaging
Advantage Corp. (PAC). The combined
operation will have over 1,500 employees
and one million square feet of
manufacturing and warehouse space,
with locations in Cortland, NY, Olive
Branch, MS, Chicago, IL and Los
Angeles, CA. As a result of the merger,
the combined operation will have 149
compounding and storage tanks, as
well as 80 bottle, tube, jar and packet
filling lines. It will also have a combined
liquid manufacturing capacity
of over 400 batches (approximately 12
