Noveon: Thomas Malafronte

Steve Semenczuk was appointed global business director, personal care/ home care/surfactants; Vince Misiti was named director of new business development; Annie Bourgeat is now global sales director; and Julie Shlepr has been appointed global director of marketing for personal care.
Noveon: Noveon, a wholly owned subsidiary of The Lubrizol Corp., announced key appointments to the senior leadership of its Personal Care and Pharmaceuticals (PCP) global business unit, a manufacturer of advanced specialty chemicals for personal care products. Named to the senior leadership team is Thomas Malafronte, senior vice president and general manager. Mr. Malafronte recently assumed responsibilities as senior vice president and general manager after joining Noveon in January 2005 as global sales director for the PCP business unit.
