Berlin Teams Up with Cepia for No-Pump Sprayer

February 14, 2006

Berlin Packaging, Chicago, IL, announced a packaging distribution agreement with Cepia LLC for Cepia 1-Touch Power Sprayers, a line of battery-operated dispensing sprayers that eliminate repetitive manual pumping and associated hand fatigue when applying liquid chemicals and other products. Cepia products are now available from Berlin as packaging components for household cleaners, gardening and lawn care products, automotive and RV maintenance products, liquid ice melt, concrete and deck sealants and any liquid requiring a spray application.
The 38/400 Cepia 1-Touch Motorized Pistol Power Sprayer produces a continuous, uninterrupted fluid flow by pressing the trigger once and then holding. The 28/400 Cepia 1-Touch Multi-Purpose Power Sprayer is designed for lower-volume applications such as glass or shower cleaners in 16- or 32-oz. bottles. Both dispensers spray at any angle, even upside down, and feature no-drip nozzles, as well as safety locks. Both are available in custom colors. Key benefits include ergonomic design, fast application and increased coverage.
“Motorized liquid sprayers offer a fresh dispensing alternative that can help consumer packaged goods manufacturers differentiate themselves on store shelves and generate repeat business because application is so much easier than with manual trigger units,” said Glenn Scott, vice president, supply chain logistics, Berlin Packaging. “This agreement with Cepia gives our customers access to quality power sprayers at an affordable price for a wide variety of liquid products.”
