Joico Marks Anniversary

February 14, 2006

l In honor of its 30th anniversary, Joico revitalized its hair care products with a brand new look and new products. With new packaging and formulas, the company said it is poised to re-ignite the passion of stylists and consumers alike with its March 2006 relaunch.
According to the company, Joico’s new packaging reflects the esthetics of today’s fashion-aware hair care consumer. Newly designed bottles exhibit clean lines and a modern, angular shape. Sophisticated, pearlized tones evoke an artistic sensibility. The colors are eye-catching and the ergonomic shapes invite customers to pick them up. Newly designed graphics offer increased brand visibility with a bold Joico logo and clearly identifiable categories to meet every consumer’s hair challenges and needs.
All Joico and K-PAK products contain the newly formulated Quadramine Complex, an exclusive blend of positively and negatively charged, low-molecular weight and size proteins that adhere quickly and effectively to damaged sites in the hair. These proteins are made of 19 essential amino acids to penetrate, nourish, protect and reconstruct hair from the cuticle to the cortex. Six new Joico collections (plus Styling and Finishing) deliver professional results with high-performance ingredients and the exclusive Quadramine Complex in each line.
