Fragrance Foundation Launches Advanced Certification Program

March 9, 2006

The Fragrance Foundation announced the launch of the Advanced Certification Program. Following their proven track record of increased fragrance sales, certified fragrance sales specialists now have the opportunity to broaden their skills and expertise.
The Advanced Certification Program focuses on the origin and language of fragrance with emphasis on fragrance genealogies. The content analyzes both feminine and masculine fragrances and concentrates on using Nose-Work, interactive exercises to develop the ability to smell. For this course, each recipient receives a fragrance kit provided by Givaudan Fragrances, which includes about 60 vials containing the fragrance materials and commercial fragrances mentioned within the content and used with the interactive component.
Nordstrom is the exclusive retail partner to pilot the Advanced Certification Program and has designated approximately 70 of the top selling sales specialists to further their education and participate in this program.
