Patent No. US 6,992,052 B2: A process of preparing in-situ water-soluble zinc salt for automatic dishwashing compositions has been assigned to Procter & Gamble. The preparation process comprises dispersing zinc oxide in water and combining an acid with the mixture, mixing, maintaining a pH range and combining the mixture with at least one rinse aid ingredient.
