PZ Cussons Sells North American

The UK-based international consumer products group PZ Cussons will transition North American ownership of Charles Worthington London, the designer hair care brand, to Beautology LLC.
Beautology is owned by an investment group headed by Stuart J. Straus, former president of PZ Cussons Americas Inc. He will serve as Beautology Company president and CEO.
Beautology will further build and strengthen the Charles Worthington London brand presence in the U.S. and Canada. PZ Cussons will maintain their strategic relationship and partner with Beautology by supplying research and development support. Charles Worthington, international hair stylist and founder of Charles Worthington London, will work closely with the Beautology team to launch our new products for 2007 and assist with brand and promotional support stateside.
