An array of new product lines for the high-end personal care industry will be unveiled at Extracts: New Discoveries in Beauty and Wellness, January 28-31, 2007, at New York City’s Penn Plaza Pavilion. More than 60 companies will be on hand to showcase the latest lines of cosmetics, beauty accessories, bath and body products, fragrances and well-being lines.
Two Square Meters, LLC will introduce Lil’OneWipe, the only baby wipes on the market that are individually wrapped for convenience and freshness. Focusing on the personal care needs of infants, the product eliminates the need to carry a large container while assuring that a moist wipe is available from the pocket, purse, car or diaper bag.
Creekside Soaps, an olive oil soap maker, will introduce its Saipua line of products in three fragrances, which include blends of eucalyptus, grapefruit and dill scents. The new line is targeted to travelers and includes a convenient travel bag.
Useful Products, Inc. will showcase Body Buddy Band for Back & Body, an innovative approach to applying body care products. The soft, nonabsorbent applicator band allows for easy application of products to the entire back and body. Body Buddy has the feel of soft leather, with natural cotton elastic handles on both sides.
Hush Fragrances will feature Aroma Pulse, an innovative cold-fragrance delivery system for the modern home that is the only system on the market that delivers scent from a blend of essential oils without heat. The unit is programmable, allowing the user to determine exact time, frequency and strength of fragrance release.
Voluspa, the official candle of the 2006 People’s Choice Awards and Golden Globe Awards, will present its collection of fragrance concepts. The highly refined wax used in the candles, the same as found in lip gloss and cream-based cosmetic products, allows Voluspa’s 10oz. candles to burn as long as 85 hours.
