JAPAN: The market for men’s safety razors is buzzing. With impressive sales, of Gillette Japan’s Fusion 5+1, features the world’s first five-blade system. The blades are positioned close to one another and allow pressure to be spread more evenly to promote smoothness. In addition, a precise trimmer with a single blade is on the back of the blade cartridge to apply finishing touches to the chin, under the nose, sideburns and other areas.

The Fusion 5+1 Power comes with one cartridge and has a micro motor built into its handle that raises stubble via subtle vibrations. Gillette was the first company to introduce Japan to a battery-powered razor system.
