April 11, 2007

Coast Chemical, Inc. has been appointed by Noveon, Inc. to distribute its surfactant line in Utah, Colorado, Idaho, Wyoming, Nevada and New Mexico. For more than 20 years, Coast Chemical has been distributing products for Noveon and its predecessor, Chemron, and has now added responsibilities for the Intermountain territory.

“We’re pleased to extend our relationship with Noveon into this new territory,” said Joseph C. Cimo, president of Coast Chemical, Inc. “Noveon’s surfactants represent our signature offerings for customers in the Intermountain region. In fact, our relationship with Noveon allowed us to enter this market in the first place.”

Noveon, Inc. is based in Cleveland, OH, with offices in Belgium and Hong Kong and manufactures specialty chemicals, polymer-based formulations and chemical additives for a broad range of consumer applications.
