RTD*HallStar Changes Name to HallStar, Inc.

The HallStar Company is the new name of Chicago-based CPH Holding Corp., the parent of a group of companies providing specialty chemical solutions. The HallStar name emphasizes a shared brand identity among the company’s key group members as they meet new growth opportunities in the global marketplace.

The HallStar group companies are positioned to launch forward in a new era of growth and ever-increasing global capabilities,” said John Paro, president and CEO of The HallStar Company. “The name is rooted in an 88-year history of innovation and service, and it recognizes our group companies’ ongoing commitment to providing customers with customized solutions to help them develop next-generation products.”
