June 11, 2007

Omnireliant Holdings, Inc., licensee of Kathy Hilton Skincare, and Power Paper Ltd. have signed a letter of intent to collaborate on a series of current and future skin care delivery systems.

Collaboration areas to be explored include an innovative product line combining technology with active ingredients.

A Kathy Hilton branded patch is being designed for treatment of conditions such as skin damage, aging, wrinkles, hyper-pigmentation and photo-damage.

Commenting on the link up, Ran Gottfried, chairman and chief executive officer of Paper Power Ltd., said, “Combining our unique delivery skincare systems with a Kathy Hilton branded line will facilitate global means for distribution and rapid consumer awareness of our products.”

Lucien Lallouz, chairman, Omnireliant Holdings, said, “Power Paper has the background and expertise in a number of key skincare areas which will provide us with cutting edge solutions for Kathy Hilton skincare brand’s highly knowledgeable customers.”

To be distributed worldwide, the beauty patch will be added to the Kathy Hilton Personal Beauty Spa and fragrance collections to be marketed through a variety of media mediums, like infomercials. More info: www.omnireliant.com.
