Lubrizol Advanced Materials, Inc. is New Name for Noveon

The Lubrizol Corporation announced that its subsidiary, Noveon, Inc., has changed its name to Lubrizol Advanced Materials, Inc. The name change is part of The Lubrizol Corporation’s one-company, one- vision initiative, designed to create a common identity for corporation and its subsidiaries.

The one-company initiative provides the opportunity to build on Lubrizol’s collective strengths to take innovation to the next level, with technology, know-how and even stronger global infrastructure.

Also effective with the one-company initiative, the name Noveon Consumer Specialties has been introduced to distinguish the Lubrizol Advanced Materials product portfolio in the personal care and home care markets The Noveon Consumer Specialties name and product line trademark will be used on its promotional literature, advertising, and website, www.personalcare.noveon.com, www.lubrizol.com in conjunction with the new Lubrizol logo. No changes in products, trade names, manufacturing process, quality or product specifications accompany the name change. The Lubrizol name and logo were incorporated into North American documentation on June 4 and will be incorporated for other regions in the near future.
