Parlux Solves Nasdaq Issue

Parlux Fragrances, Inc., Fort Lauderdale, FL rectified its filing delinquency with The Nasdaq Stock Market.

On July 2, Parlux received a Nasdaq Staff Determination Letter notifying it that its failure to timely file its annual report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2007 constitutes a failure to satisfy the filing requirement for continued Nasdaq listing. Parlux finally filed the report on July 11. Sales rose 26% to $134.3 million. However, net income plunged nearly 90% to about $2.9 million.
