Risdon Acquires Decorpart Asia Suzhou Limited

CHINA: The Risdon Group has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Decorpart Asia Suzhou Limited, a wholly foreign-owned enterprise (WFOE) of the PD Group Limited of Nelson, Lancashire, England. A purchase price was not disclosed.

Decorpart Asia, located in Suzhou, China, is a major manufacturer of metal cosmetics packaging components. Risdon-nominated directors have taken majority control of Decorpart Asia’s board and control of day-to-day operations.

With the investment in the Decorpart Asia facility, a site with full metal forming and finishing capabilities, the Risdon Group extends its core competency in cosmetics packaging into the Asian market, and substantially broadens its commitment to customers, to the marketplace and to its employees, according to the company.
