Agilex, a New Supplier Of Fragrances, Flavors

Carlo W. Colesanti, chairman, chief executive officer and president, of FFG (Flavor and Fragrance Group) Industries, Inc., announced the launch of Agilex Flavors & Fragrances Inc., a new company that has been formed through the integration of FFG and six of its operating companies.

Agilex now combines the capabilities of AromaTech, Somerville, NJ; International Fragrance & Technology, Canton, GA; Technology Flavors & Fragrances, Amityville, NY; Key Essentials, Rancho Santa Margarita, CA; FlavorSource, Anaheim, CA; and Western Flavors & Fragrances, Livermore, CA.

In making the announcement, Mr. Colesanti said, “Agilex already has a significant industry presence and is seeking to further its position as a leading player and important brand of flavors and fragrances that is clearly recognized by our ability to offer exceptional products, agile and responsive service, a strong entrepreneurial environment and the passion to serve our customers better. In essence, we are an organization that combines big-company resources with small-company values. We put into everyday practice the careful attention to our customers’ needs.
