Archway:
Expanded its management team with the promotions of Megan Nelson to director of marketing and Rob Walters to director of operations of the Midwest trade division.
In her new role, Ms. Nelson will become more involved in developing and executing Archway’s strategic direction by focusing on sales management. She will continue to maintain responsibility for management of the Archway brand, marketing department and agency partners.
As the director of operations of the Midwest trade division, Rob Walters will lead continuous improvement and operational excellence for Archway.
He will also direct all new client integrations for Archway’s Midwest trade division in addition to the managing the day-to-day operations of Archway’s Rogers, MN, facilities. Since joining Archway in 2005 as operations manager, Mr. Walters has implemented multiple process improvements that enabled growth. Prior to joining Archway he served more than two decades in the U.S. Marine Corp. He earned a master’s of science from Capella University and a bachelor’s of arts from California State University.
