DuPont Tate & Lyle Announces Agreement

March 4, 2008

As a result of the strong demand for personal care ingredients made from renewable resources, DuPont Tate & Lyle Bio Products has secured Essential Ingredients as the distributor for its Zemea propanediol. Essential Ingredients, headquartered in Buford, GA, will represent DuPont Tate & Lyle on the eastern coast of the U.S.

DuPont Tate & Lyle Bio Products President Steven Mirshak said, “We are excited about our relationship with Essential Ingredients. Having a channel partner that brings market focus and technical know-how complements our business and will enable Zemea to be the first choice among formulators and marketers looking for superior quality and performance as well as a renewably sourced ingredient.”
