Lierac Paris, a European anti-aging skin care line, continues its expansion in the United States in select Healthy Skincare Centers at CVS/pharmacy throughout the Northeast. By the end of April, 528 CVS stores in the region will carry the line.
According to the company, since its conception in 1975, Lierac Paris has been a valued partner within the worldwide pharmacy network. Today, after 30 years of close collaboration with its distribution circuit, the brand is recognized by health professionals in all countries where it is sold as a producer of high-end scientific products.
Dr. Leon Cariel, (Lierac is an anagram of Cariel) a French physician, specializing in esthetic disorders created a series of veritable beauty medications based both on active plants and methods derived from medical research. Adopting a strictly scientific approach, he developed innovative plant-derived products to respond to each specific skin problem. The brand he founded, Lierac Paris, soon became a respected name in the world of beauty and remains at the forefront of the active phyto-cosmetic industry.
"We are excited about the opportunity to bring Lierac Paris to more CVS/pharmacy customers at our Healthy Skincare Centers in the Northeast," said Cheryl Mahoney, vice president of merchandising/beauty care for CVS. "CVS/pharmacy strives to enhance the beauty shopping experience for our customers and offering a high quality, high performance brand like Lierac Paris at 528 locations nationwide is just one example of how we are achieving this."
