L’Oréal has patented a cosmetic composition that contains a cosmetically-acceptable medium, polyglycerolated silicone elastomer, an ingredient chosen from at least one emulsifying elastomer different from the polyglycerolated silicone elastomer, a film forming polymer, a water soluble moisturizer, a coated pigment, a structuring agent, a photoprotective system capable of screening out UV radiation, a non-emulsifying spherical silicone elastomer, a fiber, non-crosslinked surfactant (with the proviso that it is not chosen from polyglycerolated non-crosslinked silicone surfactants) hydrocarbyl-functional siloxane, a low molecular weight phenyl-substituted siloxane and a cosmetically-suitable active ingredient.
