Sophie Ellis-Bextor and Lily Cole will now appear alongside Kate Moss

Sophie Ellis-Bextor and Lily Cole will now appear alongside Kate Moss as faces of Rimmel. According to Coty, the women represent two visions of modern British beauty. As a singer and songwriter Ms. Ellis-Bextor is already well known for her creative use of makeup, while flame-haired Ms. Cole is currently juggling international modeling assignments with studies at Cambridge University and a promising acting career. “We are delighted to be bringing Sophie Ellis-Bextor and Lily Cole on board at Rimmel. Their vibrant personalities and their achievements not only make them aspirational figures for a generation of young women, but also make them ideal to represent Rimmel London. We believe our consumers will really identify with both new signings and this, combined with the iconic qualities of Kate Moss, who has more than proven herself as the face of Rimmel, will see the brand create even more standout this Autumn with their new campaigns,” said Stephen Mormoris, senior vice resident, global marketing, Coty Beauty.

Ms. Ellis-Bextor and Ms. Cole will appear in a number of campaigns during 2008, while Kate Moss will continue to star in her own Rimmel London advertising.
