On July 2, Kate Hudson and longtime hairstylist David Babaii made their debut on HSN to unveil David Babaii for WildAid, their new line of eco-conscious hair care products devoted to wildlife preservation. During the spot, Mr. Babaii shared styling secrets and demonstrated how to achieve top looks while Ms. Hudson made an appearance by phone, joining in the conversation with HSN callers. The David Babaii for WildAid mission is to help end the illegal wildlife trade, strengthening the number of threatened species. The line of cruelty-free products was in development for two years, with Ms. Hudson providing input and testing products. She will also appear in the brand’s advertisements. The company will donate 10% of profits to the animal conservation group WildAid. More info: www.davidbabaiiforwildaid.com
