According to a new study from SBI, current uses of titanium dioxide, including cosmetics, are keeping export levels robust.

According to “The U.S. Market for Titanium Dioxide,” the value of titanium dioxide exports will grow 21% to $1.5 billion in 2008. SBI reports that after falling from $2.2 billion in 2007 to $2 billion in 2008, the overall U.S. titanium dioxide market will rebound to $2.2 billion in 2009 and $2.3 billion by 2012.
