Discover Beauty, which helps emerging brands to find the proper markets, was expanded this year, and joined by Discover Beauty Spa, which took advantage of the Las Vegas setting to bring in directors of the leading spas at some of the area’s most luxurious hotels. Discover Beauty participants were offered one-on-one meetings with senior buyers from prestigious retailers such as Bergdorf Goodman, Henri Bendel and Fred Segal Studio.
Cosmoprof prides itself on being a hub for the global beauty industry and, as such, provides several international programs. International Country Pavilions are dedicated sections within the show floor designed to help retailers and distributors secure U.S. distribution. The International Buyer Program unites buyers and sellers with the resources and contacts they need to build business.
More than 600 attendees took advantage of Cosmoprof’s educational seminars and round tables. Industry leaders shared their knowledge on topics from sustainability to niche brands to private label concerns.
