November 17, 2008

Soliance SA, a French active ingredients supplier to the cosmetics industry, has formed a new subsidiary, Soliance US Corporation. While the company has been operating in the U.S. for the past 10 years, it contends this new subsidiary will be the basis for further developments in R&D and industrial operations in the U.S. Soliance’s products include Vegetan (dihydroxyacetone–DHA), hyaluronic acid and a range of active ingredients that include Easyliance, Dakaline and Renovhyal.

Paolo Marchesi, previously in charge of Soliance’s export activities, has been named vice president of sales and chief operating officer for Soliance U.S. Corp. More info: p.marchesi@soliance.com
