The Bill Blass fabric selected for the inspiration of this new fragrance is an intricately embroidered garment from the Spring 2009 Bill Blass Couture Collection, according to the company.  The number “8” signifies the Spring of 1968 when Bill Blass created a garden coat covered with flowers for Maurice Rentner.
