Beauty for a good cause can go a long way. Just ask M·A·C Cosmetics about their successful Viva Glam lipsticks, which have raised over $130 million for HIV/AIDS globally over the past 15 years.
According to the company, 100% of the selling price of M·A·C’s Viva Glam products go towards the M·A·C AIDS Fund
Fergie, M·A·C Cosmetics’ Viva Glam spokesperson, debuted her new Viva Glam VI Special Edition Lipstick and new Viva Glam advertising campaign in Los Angeles this week. She visited Project Angel Food, an organization committed to providing free prepared meals and nutrition counseling for those living with HIV/AIDS. Fergie then appeared at the M·A·C store on North Robertson Blvd to help raise awareness of HIV/AIDS by helping to sell the lipsticks, which hit stores on March 19.
