Key Appointments to ISP’s Personal Care Division
ISP: recently appointed several professionals within the personal care division, welcoming three new senior key account managers with more than 30 years of combined expertise.
Mark Dailey joins ISP as senior key account manager for the Midwest U.S. Prior to joining ISP, he spent eight years with National Starch and Chemical as Midwest account manager for its personal care team.
John Bozza, personal care’s new senior key account manager for the Southeast, joins ISP after 12-plus years as an account manager with the McIntyre Group. Mr. Bozza managed both the Northeast and Southeast territories while simultaneously supporting McIntyre’s sales efforts in the European and Latin American markets.
Also joining the team is Jennifer O’Hara as global key account manager for Johnson & Johnson Worldwide. Formerly a key account manager with Presperse LLC, she also worked within the chemical products group of Rohm & Haas and in product development for Procter & Gamble.
ISP Personal Care also promoted Jennifer Jelinski to inside sales engineer. She has been with ISP for four years and previously worked in customer service.

Drom: named Jens Metternich as European sales executive for Drom Fragrances. He spent the previous seven years as a key account manager for Givaudan.
EDANA: announced its new Board of Governors. Incoming chairman Kenneth Strassner (Kimberly Clark) will take over from Gerd Ries (Johnson & Johnson), who has accepted the position of vice-chair, a role he shares with Jean-Marie Becker (Ahlstrom).Paul Evers remains in his previous role as treasurer. In accepting his role, Mr. Strassner welcomed two new board members—Michael Haddon, managing director of TWE Nonwovens Dierdorf (Germany) and Patricia Featherstone, commercial director, Europe for RKW (Belgium).

International Flavors & Fragrances: named three senior perfumers vice president in the areas of fine fragrance and beauty care. Yves Cassar has been promoted to the position of senior perfumer vice president, fine fragrances, while Mary Shroff and Jerry Caiazzo have each been named senior perfumer vice president, beauty care. In addition, Dennis Maroney was promoted to senior perfumer, beauty care. Vellidum (Joe) Ramsammy has also been promoted from perfumer to senior perfumer, technical.
