The DeWolf Companies (DeWolf Chemical, Inc. - Glenn Corporation) debuted the creation of a color cosmetics division, expanding its specialty distribution to the personal care market. This division is to be spearheaded by the newly-hired market development manager, cosmetics, Lisa Gulibon, and will operate as a separate, auxiliary entity to The DeWolf Companies’ already firmly established personal care and HI&I divisions, according to the company.
Under the guidance of Gulibon, the new color cosmetics division will serve as a strategic, technical resource, according to the company.
“The segmenting out of this division from within our personal care division, and having its own market development manager, will enable us to place a more focused attention on this strategic market segment,” says Hank DeWolf, chief executive officer of The DeWolf Companies.
Gulibon’s experience in leading and managing business divisions, benchmarking market segmentations strategies, and fostering direct brand development provide her with an all-encompassing understanding of the color cosmetics market, from the needs and standpoints of suppliers, formulators and end users. Her previous roles as market manager at Lambent Technologies and marketing manager at Cognis Corporation provide her with substantial experience to develop this division aggressively, according to DeWolf.
