CPL Aromas welcomed Jim Dunsdon as non-executive director to the main board of the company. According to the company, he has vast knowledge of the fragrance industry having started in the business as a chemist for Bush Boake Allen in 1969. Since then, he has occupied many other senior positions within the flavor and fragrance industry.
Dunsdon is a past president of the BFA and a former board member of IOFI, IFRA and RIFM as well as several charities. In 2008, he retired from IFF, where he had held the position of chief operating officer.
Commenting on the appointment, Group Chairman Peter Jacobs said, “Jim’s advice and counsel will surely prove highly valuable as CPL embarks on further growth and investments throughout the world and I am delighted that he has agreed to join the board of our company.”
