WFFC Unveils New Brand ID For 30th Anniversary

• Women in Flavor & Fragrance Commerce (WFFC), founded in 1982, is celebrating 30 years of commitment to the professional development of women in the fragrance and flavor industry, and in honor of this momentous occasion, the group is unveiling a new, contemporary brand identity and tagline. The new tagline, “Educating, Engaging, Empowering,” symbolizes the WFFC’s ongoing mission, according to the organization.

“The organization hopes to attract new members through its growing chapters in New Jersey, New York, Cincinnati, the UK, as well as the soon-to-be Chicago chapter. Our new identity and tagline demonstrate our commitment to evolve and expand our reach. We are an organization devoted to our members. Through this initiative, we trust our ideas and vision will be translated into actions,” said WFFC president Celine Roche.

In other news, WFFC has announced its 2012 board of directors for the Cincinnati Chapter. The officers are: president– Carrie Jaeger (Wild Flavors), VP–Karen DeWitt (Skidmore Sales and Distributing) and secretary and treasurer-Inke Sexton (Cargill, Inc.). The board members include: Dolores Avezzano (Kerry Ingredients & Flavours), Jamie Crosby (Givaudan), Lois Ehlers (Givaudan), Megan Fisher (Kerry Ingredients & Flavours), Kathy Miller (Flavor Systems International), Melissa Pfenning (Kerry Ingredients & Flavours), Meg Pineault (independent), and Lisa Sanders (Flavor Systems International).
