• Bell Flavors and Fragrances: added new staff at its Northbrook, IL headquarters.

Cynthia Lipka was appointed to the position of senior flavorist. She has more than 17 years of experience as a flavor chemist working at Synergy Flavors Inc., Wrigley Jr. Company and The Hershey Company.

Grace Johnson was appointed marketing coordinator. She joins Bell from the non-profit world, where she created marketing materials and member presentations.

Mary Shum was appointed to the position of account manager, fragrances at Bell Flavors & Fragrances Canada. She has more than 20 years of experience in sales in flavors and fragrances.

Pamela Angeles was appointed to business development executive of fragrance growth accounts. She has an extensive background in fragrance development and fragrance sales and has held senior positions with Symrise and Robertet, including vice president of fragrance development with Symrise.
