NYSCC ‘Chemistry of Cooking’ Is Sept. 19 in New York City

• On Sept. 19, the New York Chapter of the Society of Cosmetic Chemists will hold “The Chemistry of Cooking” at My Cooking Party, Midtown Loft. This event, which runs from 6-9pm, offers a hands-on experience featuring a mixture of Latin American cuisines and a cocktail reception.

Space is limited to the first 90 people and it is on a first-come, first-serve basis with a registration deadline of Sept. 7. Buses will be available, leaving at 4:30pm from two locations in NJ—Harold’s New York Deli in Edison and the Garden State Plaza in Paramus.
