Swisher Hygiene Inc.: appointed Vincent Lichtenberger as its new senior vice president and gen

• Swisher Hygiene Inc.: appointed Vincent Lichtenberger as its new senior vice president and general counsel. Lichtenberger has 22 years of legal experience, including over 15 years as counsel of various US public companies. Prior to joining Swisher Hygiene, he served as senior counsel and assistant secretary since 2006 for Goodrich Corporation, an aerospace manufacturer recently acquired by United Technologies, where he was responsible for Goodrich’s corporate governance and public company compliance, as well as legal counsel for various corporate transactions. Prior to Goodrich, Lichtenberger was senior corporate counsel and assistant secretary from 1997 to 2006 at auto manufacturer BorgWarner, Inc. Prior to that, he worked for several years at the Securities and Exchange Commission.
