Mark Names New Beauty Brand Ambassador

June 11, 2013

Actress Hale is fresh face for brand's 10th birthday.

Mark, Avon’s beauty and fashion boutique brand, names actress and singer Lucy Hale as its new beauty brand ambassador. In the role, Hale will appear in mark Magalogs as well as on mark and Avon digital platforms. She will also be the spokesperson for the m.powerment by mark campaign, the brand’s philanthropic effort.

“I’m incredibly proud to partner with a brand that is as passionate about empowering women as I am,” Hale said. “I’ve been a fan of mark’s products for years, but it was important to me to work with a brand that is truly about beauty on the inside and the outside.”

Between working on her hit TV show "Pretty Little Liars" and finishing her debut album, the Memphis native loves trying new beauty looks and customizing the latest fashion trends for the red carpet or the recording studio. Her debut campaign will be mark’s August Magalog, as the official 10th Birthday issue for the brand.

“Lucy is the perfect example of our belief that there are no limits to what a woman can imagine or achieve,” said Meg Lerner, global president of mark. “She embodies our mission of empowerment and what it means to make your mark on the world. We’re thrilled she’s joining us in time to celebrate our 10th Birthday.”
