The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. tapped Pamela Gill Alabaster to lead the company’s global corporate responsibility function. In this role, she will be responsible for the continued development and implementation of The Estée Lauder Companies’ global corporate responsibility strategy in alignment with the company’s long-term business objectives.

Alabaster joins The Estée Lauder Companies from L’Oréal USA, where she held various senior leadership marketing and management roles, most recently serving as senior vice president corporate communications, sustainable development & public affairs. In her tenure at L’Oréal USA, she developed several key corporate functions including corporate media, public affairs and sustainable development and led the strategic brand marketing of the L’Oréal Paris and Lancôme brands in the U.S.
