L'Oréal Leasing Space in Vemars

270,000 sq.ft. for French consumer products division.

Prologis, Inc. a global owner, operator and developer of industrial real estate, today announced it has signed a build-to-suit agreement totaling 270,000 square feet in France with L'Oréal. The development, located at Prologis Park Vemars, will be occupied by L'Oréal's French consumer products division (L'Oreal France Grand Public).
 
This will be the sixth facility at the park, which offers direct access to Roissy-Charles de Gaulle Airport.
 
L'Oréal has worked with Prologis in Poland and the Czech Republic.
