Jafra Inks Three-Year Partnership with Beauty Bus

Will donate proceeds, build care packages.

Jafra Cosmetics International, Inc. signed a three-year partnership with Beauty Bus Foundation, a national nonprofit organization providing free beauty and grooming services and pampering products to terminally or chronically ill people and their caregivers. Jafra’s focus will be on the caregiver, donating 100% of net proceeds from the sale of its new BeCause line and providing C.A.R.E. Packages (C.A.R.E. = Caring, Appreciated, Remarkable, Exquisite) filled with Jafra products to caregivers nationally.

Over the next three years, Jafra will leverage every opportunity to celebrate, honor and give back to caregivers. Their goal is to shed light on the passion, dedication and commitment displayed by these individuals, along with the issues and obstacles they face. 29% of US adults are caregivers, representing the largest source of long-term care services in the country.

100% of the proceeds from Jafra’s new BeCause Collection will be donated directly to Beauty Bus Foundation to support their work with caregivers. Launched in September 2013, the line currently includes BeCause Antibacterial Hand Cream, BeCause Antibacterial Hand Gel, and three shades of BeCause Lip Gloss appropriately named Positive Pink, Caring Coral and Berry Hopeful. BeCause products are available through JAFRA Independent Consultants and can be viewed at www.jafrausa.com.

The company will also host a special volunteer event to benefit Beauty Bus Foundation at their global headquarters in Westlake Village, CA on Oct. 25. Jafra Independent Consultants are invited to build thousands of C.A.R.E. Packages filled with Jafra cosmetics, skin care and body care products. C.A.R.E. Packages will be given to caregivers around the country during National Caregivers Month in November through various nonprofits who work with Beauty Bus Foundation. Jafra Independent Consultants view this partnership as a point of difference and a source of pride. Many of them have made this cause one of their commitments, and have been Beauty Bus volunteers since JAFRA first partnered with the nonprofit in 2012.

In addition to donating proceeds from the BeCause Collection and the C.A.R.E. Package giving initiative, Jafra will announce many more special promotions benefitting Beauty Bus Foundation throughout the duration of the three-year partnership.
