Groupon Expands Beauty Reach

Forms advisory board and taps beauty blogger.

Groupon has signed on a new face for what it calls its growing health, beauty and wellness category. Favin the Beauty Maven is now  is now blogging for Groupon.com, and her social media channels, including Facebook and Twitter. She will be sharing her beauty tips and tricks and providing insight into a variety of trends and unique treatments, all with an emphasis on maintaining health, beauty and wellness without breaking the bank. In addition, she will be experimenting with a variety of treatments and will share those on her YouTube channel and other social media platforms.

In addition Groupon has established its own health, beauty and wellness merchant advisory board. Composed of “top tier health, beauty and wellness merchant partners and consultants” from across the US, the board provides insight into regional and seasonal trends as well as industry knowledge. It will meet on a regular basis to share information and new developments in the space, all in an effort to bring the very best to Groupon customers and merchants.
