John Frieda Hair Care’s newest color innovation for 2014 is Colour Refreshing Gloss. From the leading Kao brand that brought the beauty sector Precision Foam Colour and custom color care shampoos and conditioners, John Frieda now brings home another complementary element of the salon color process—gloss. According to the company, this product delivers “fresh looking first day color.”

The gloss is available in six color-prescriptive shades—warm and cool blonde, brunette and red tones. It is a weekly shower treatment said to restore vibrancy and tonal dimension between coloring, while counteracting fading, neutralizing color change, and correcting the appearance of dull, washed out hues.

“I always recommend glosses to my clients between coloring—it gives hair that fresh, just-colored look without the damage,” said John Frieda International Creative Consultant Harry Josh. “I love the new Colour Refreshing Glosses because they actually restore lost pigments that are customized to a women’s hair tone, bringing hair back to its true, brilliant color.”
