Orla Kiely Expands Across the US

In 2010, KMI Brands teamed up with iconic British designer, Orla Kiely, to develop a new home fragrance and toiletries range of products for the UK market.Last summer, the Orla Kiely collection was launched in the US and is now available in 25 Neiman Marcus department stores and in over 25 independent shops, including Beauty Habit and Cosbar.
 
In January 2014, the Orla Kiely brand team attended The International Gift and Home Furnishings Market Trade Show which took place over five days in Atlanta.
 
Victoria Howell, senior brand manager at KMI Brands, said, “We were overwhelmed by the positive feedback from the independent stores while we were in Atlanta. Since the show we have received a number of new accounts and some really strong leads which is very encouraging. We have also signed official sales representatives in Chicago, Washington, Montana, Oregon, Wyoming and Idaho.”
 
Renowned for her instinctive and creative use of color, retro-inspired patterns and playful approach to design, Orla Kiely has over the last decade not only created a brand but also a distinctive and accessible world encompassing womenswear, accessories, travel and homeware range. Her luxurious collection includes scented candles, reed diffusers and geranium-scented toiletries.
