J.R. Watkins Debuts Anti-Aging Collection

Antioxidant-infused body care now available in mass market.

J.R. Watkins makes maintaining youthful skin effortless with a new Anti-Aging Body Care system ($9.99-$12.99). The line combines the antioxidant power of grape seed and blackberry seed oils with pure plant-based moisturizers, plus nourishing vitamins A, C and E. The four-part system consists of body wash, body serum, body cream and hand cream designed to work together for maximum results.

“When developing the Anti-Aging Body Care line, we wanted to harness the power of ingredients that naturally protect skin and help slow the signs of aging,” said J.R. Watkins Product Development Director, Melissa Christensen. “The natural grape seed and blackberry seed oils are cold pressed to retain the maximum potency to protect against oxidative damage and to maintain skin’s healthy function over time.”
 
The typical anti-aging product user is becoming younger with nearly 50 percent of 18–34 year olds using anti-aging skincare products like moisturizers or serums, according to Mintel data; and 40 percent of people report feeling more confident in using beauty and personal care products made with natural ingredients.
