PartyLite Debuts Soy Candles

February 24, 2014

Brighter World collection designed with Givaudan.

The latest creation at PartyLite is Brighter World Candles, a unique collection of soy candles created with fragrance house Givaudan. This is part of a new set of rollouts at the company, who recently revealed a project with designer Jonathan Adler.

The fragrances available include Red Ginger Teakwood, Ylang Ylang Black Currant and Vanilla Tonka Bean.

"We are working with one of the oldest and largest fragrance houses in the world," said Rob Goergen, President of PartyLite Worldwide, "and our commitment supports a wonderful sustainability program in the communities where these plants grow.

"Our involvement helps to fund educational programs, sustainable agricultural practices and conservation techniques for the people who farm and harvest these exotic plants. These programs provide much-needed help to the local people whose livelihood depends on that sustainability."

PartyLite Brighter World Candles are available in each fragrance as an individual jar candle or as a gift set of three, including one of each candle fragrance. They are made of 96% soy blend wax, are beautifully packaged and make great gifts.

"When you give a PartyLite Brighter World candle as a gift, it sends a really a special message," said Goergen. "It's a beautiful candle with a truly rare and wonderful scent.  And it also says that you care about the world, and you know the person you're giving it to does, too."
