There’s been some new staffing changes at Revlon. Chris Elshaw, who had been VP and COO, has left the firm, and the beauty giant has named Gianni Pieraccioni as its executive VP and global president, Revlon Consumer Division and Sennen Pamich as its executive VP and global president Revlon Professional Division.

Pieraccioni most recently served as EVP, chief commercial officer for Alitalia. Prior to Alitalia, he held several general management, marketing and commercial positions of increasing scope and seniority within the consumer and luxury goods industry, including at Procter & Gamble, PepsiCo, Johnson & Johnson, Sector Group, Binda Group and Averna Group.

Pamich most recently served as SVP, Revlon Pro Brands – US and Canada where he successfully led his business units. He joined The Colomer Group in January 2010 and before that he held several senior management, commercial and marketing positions of increasing scope and responsibility at Procter & Gamble, Johnson & Johnson and Bulgari Perfumes & Cosmetics.
"Both Gianni and Sennen have significant experience and demonstrated success in leading global businesses,” said Lorenzo Delpani, Revlon’s president and CEO.
