Promotions, Additions at Eufora

February 28, 2014

Changes in sales, business development.

Eufora International promoted Fred Phillips to executive vice president of sales. He joined Eufora in February 2011 as business development manager and has quickly risen to his new position. A seasoned specialist in developing and strengthening salon businesses and brands, Phillips expanded his experience in the professional beauty industry by initiating and executing successful sales, loyalty, distribution and e-commerce programs for brands including Sebastian International, Wella USA, Matrix Hair Care, Kerastase Paris and Shu Uemura Art of Hair prior to joining Eufora.

Phillips has also proven his international savvy by serving as president of the Macadamia Natural Oil, which has seen success at home and abroad due to his leadership and promotional strategies.

Eufora International also welcomed Jessica Giummule as business development manager. She worked in various facets of the beauty industry, including as a sales and education coordinator and then national sales manager of a hair product manufacturer.

The company also promoted Jack Leahy to senior business development manager. In his new role, Leahy will lead the launch of Eufora at Premier Beauty Supply and Twin State Salon Supply, as well as assist in the training and development of new business development managers. Previously, Leahy cultivated the relationship with Modern Salon Services; he also successfully transitioned the Metro Beauty Supply business from a house account to a field account and played an active role in the smooth transition of Professional Salon Concept and maintained steady growth with Raylon Inc, said sources at Eufora.
