New R&D Leader at Aware

McLarty has experience with P&G, Revlon and other brands.

Aware Products named George McLarty as vice president of research & development.  He brings extensive experience across the cosmetics and personal care industry, including all aspects of the research, development and manufacturing process. 

Through nearly four decades in the business, he has overseen R&D, quality assurance and manufacturing for skin, hair and body care products for some of the leading companies in the world, including brands distributed across all retail platforms: mass, masstige, specialty and prestige.  In addition to contract manufacturing, he has held staff R&D positions with Elizabeth Arden, Revlon and Procter & Gamble.
