Seven Teams up with Brenntag

March 17, 2014

New distribution project in the UK.

Fragrance supplier Seven Scent has signed an exclusive UK distribution agreement with Brenntag in a move to support growth in FMCG categories.  The deal sees the two companies join forces for the first time to promote Sevens’ fragrance creation expertise – with a strong focus on personal care, household and industrial cleaning products.

“The partnership is the natural next step for Seven as we seek to strengthen our sales efforts and expand our customer base in the UK.  Brenntag offers exceptional customer service and has a wealth of product development experience which makes them the ideal partner for us.  We are confident that our customers will benefit from this shared market understanding going forward,”comments Awie Newell, business unit director for Seven Scent.

In preparation Seven has provided a three stage training programme for Brenntag’s key business development team, designed to build on the distributor’s existing knowledge and drive fragrance innovation in target categories.

"We are delighted to be working together with Seven and are looking forward to providing our customers with their innovative portfolio of high quality fragrances which can be used in a wide range of applications," adds Nicola Boulter, commercial director Brenntag UK & Ireland.
