Tropical Getaway with Yankee Candle

April 7, 2014

New scent stories evoke beach breezes and more.

Summer is here at Yankee Candle, according to sources at the company. For 2014, the brand will debut four new scents and a limited edition Fiesta collection.

The new fragrances for summer incorporate notes of tangy fruit and coconut while evoking the feeling of enjoying a cool drink on a relaxing island getaway, said the brand. In addition, the brand's new limited run Fiesta line includes three vibrant “South of the Border” fragrances and features a fun three-wick tumbler candle.

"Summer is both a time for lively celebration and soothing relaxation," said Hope Margala Klein, executive vice president brand, design and innovation for The Yankee Candle Company, Inc. "With seasonal notes of citrus, coconut and vanilla, bright colors and eye catching labels, our customers have a variety of ways to express their personal taste in their homes while giving friends and family a warm welcome."
